The National Command Council Quarterly Conference was held in San Antonio, Texas on April 13, 2019. During the meeting the National Commander Richard D. Kingsberry, National Vice Commander Mary Elliott,  National Parliamentarian (Washington State Commander)  Larry Dugger, National Fundraiser (Region VIII) Commander Katherine Washington-Williams, Region III Commander James Scott, and Texas State Commander Alvin Fagan visited San Antonio Alamo Chapter #0085.
Commander Andrew Harrison and members received us in love and gratitude, and welcome the National Commander. National Commanders Kingsberry greeted the members and thank them for the invitation of allowing him to speak. Commander Kingsberry encouraged the members to continue to grow NABVETS and thanked them for their hospitality.
